Terms of Service

1. The service

CardHunt is provided by Rosa Enterprises (KVK 76054594), Minervapein 46H, Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). CardHunt analyzes publicly listed trading cards and photos you provide to estimate condition and grading potential, and helps you track and search card listings. Estimates are informational only — they are not an official grade from PSA, BGS, CGC or any grading company, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate, price, or population figure shown.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these terms, including abuse of the service's usage limits.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Mollie; we never see or store your payment card details. You can cancel anytime from your account page — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Card Request top-ups are one-time, non-recurring purchases, delivered as extra credit on your account immediately after payment. Top-up credits are non-refundable once used, and unused credits don't expire while your account remains active.

4. Delivery and service availability

CardHunt is an online-only service — there is no physical product to ship. Access to paid features is granted automatically and immediately once Mollie confirms your payment; a one-time top-up credit is added to your account the same way. If access doesn't appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us at the email below and we'll sort it out.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU/Dutch consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of digital content without giving a reason. Because subscribing or buying a top-up gives you immediate access to the service, you explicitly agree — by completing checkout — that delivery starts right away and that you thereby waive this 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase, as permitted under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. This doesn't affect your right to cancel a subscription's future renewals at any time as described in Section 3.

6. Fair use

Each plan includes a daily limit on AI-assisted grading requests (see the pricing page). We may adjust these limits, or throttle usage that risks the stability of the service for other users, at any time.

7. Third-party data

Listing data is sourced from eBay's public APIs and shown for informational purposes. We are not affiliated with eBay, PSA, BGS, CGC, The Pokémon Company, or any card manufacturer. Purchase decisions based on listings you view are entirely your own.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for financial decisions made using CardHunt's estimates, or for losses arising from service interruptions, inaccurate data, or third-party API outages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
