• Account data (name, email) via our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Photos you upload for grading, and any card listings or searches you save.
• Subscription and billing status from our payment provider, Mollie — we never receive or store your card details.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To run the service you're signing in for: authenticating you, generating grading estimates, tracking the listings you follow, enforcing plan limits, and processing subscription payments. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

We share data only where needed to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Mollie (payments), and the AI/vision providers we use to analyze photos. Each processes data under their own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

4. Retention

We keep account and grading data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights
